A Note from the Management
It's reorganization time again!
I just got permission from The Voice, Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania's student-run newspaper, to post all of the articles I wrote for the paper in 1986-1988 when I was a student at BU. This is something I've been wanting to do for years, but of course it means I have to reorganize the whole Irvania.com website to clear a spot for the Voice articles. This in turn gives me an opportunity to do some general cleaning up, and add some other bits and pieces I've found in the back of the Deep Dark Filing Cabinet of Archived Scariness.
Here's a summary of the changes:
The Voice articles - my series of op/ed humour pieces published in the BU newspaper 1986-1988.
Die Haus Orgel - all eight issues of ArmourSoft's official newsletter, 1993-1995. These were posted online in 1998 but haven't been online since then.
College papers - a stash of essays I wrote for various college classes. Includes some Irvania.com regulars, plus some new tidbits like A Christmas Barbarian.
Miscellany Archive - the new home of my miscellaneous pieces. This is where the Bad Poetry, Memories of Nam, and Minionquest pieces now reside, as well as some older pieces I posted on the old ArmourSoft web site around 1998 but haven't had online since then.
The Pu-19 Flying Hamster - my attempt at writing parody model kit review articles, printed in the Spring 1983 issue of Trash News. From the Irvania collection.
The Irvania collection - the new home of the Encyclopedia Irvania and the 1978 Irvanian Technical Manual and Military Yearbook.
The Bad Day collection - the new home for fiction related to my novels. Nothing new here.
Model Photo Gallery - pictures of some of my plastic scale model kits, plus some gaming miniatures.
I have quite a few more college papers and articles from The Voice yet to post. I'll be adding these as I get them formatted for web use.
Update 4/22/08: I just finished trickling the menu updates through all the satellite pages. Everything should work now. Let me know if you spot any broken links, or anything missing, or anything otherwise amiss.
